All orders are shipped from our warehouse in the Netherlands via trusted carrier partners. Orders placed Monday to Friday before 14:00 CET are shipped the same day. Orders placed after this time are shipped the next business day.
Available delivery options include: Standard (different carriers) and expedited shipping (UPS Express Saver). Free Delivery on orders over €49 (Home or Parcel Shop/Pickup location). Please note, free delivery does not apply to Express Saver shipments. Visit our Delivery page for further details.
9. Customs & Non-EU Orders
Prices on our website include VAT and duties. For deliveries outside the EU or to special territories, VAT is not charged and local import duties may apply. These are the customer's responsibility. Any VAT reduction is itemized on your invoice based on local rules.

Include your invoice number or a copy of your invoice and return only unopened products. Return shipping costs are not covered. For items over €75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Refrigerated items are not eligible for return.
12. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the refund decision. If the product was damaged during shipping, your refund may also include return shipping costs (as applicable).
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. For voluntary returns (e.g. incorrect purchase), only the product price will be refunded.
